Homeless, Elderly, & Youth in need in Jacksonville, Florida.
MISSION: Our goal through seasonal outreaches for the homeless, elderly, and youth is to provide the most demanding and necessary clothing items to the homeless, deliver care packages to the elderly, and give the proper educational resources to our youth, in order to instill both hope and confidence in the days ahead. We distribute every clothing donation and resource directly to the individuals in need. - Heart and Soul Ministry, a strictly volunteer ran 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
